**Daily Practice**: In Mysore, Ashtanga practitioners once, 6 days a week, with each practice session lasting around 1.5 - 3 hours depending how much of the series the practitioner has completed. **Primary Series**: The primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, also known as "Yoga Chikitsa," is the foundation of the practice. It's a sequence of 75 postures that are designed to build internal heat, strength, flexibility, and balance. You'll learn this sequence in Mysore, and as you progress, you'll move on to more advanced series like the Intermediate Series and Advanced Series.
